Product Range Mandals Lay Flat Hoses

Mandals can supply the most commonly used fire hose couplings available in Europe. Similarly, we carry stock of compressed air claw couplings and couplings for the agricultural and industrial sector.

We can wire bendle the couplings on fire hoses and mount air hoses and agricultural hoses with hose clamps common for such application on the Scandinavian market.

The range of nitrile rubber hoses for transfer of liquids can be permanently repaired when rupture is less than 3mm. We can supply on request "Vulcomatic" vulcanizing unit and standard repair kit containing raw rubber and required glues and chemicals.

If damage exceeds 3mm, or such repair is not feasible for other reasons, we recommend for emergency repair to use a 2 ft. (60 cm) sleeve of the same hose diameter. Pull the sleeve from the nearest end over the damaged spot and pressurize the hose. The sleeve will now sit tightly around the leaking spot and further leakage will be minimal.
